1.2 All deliveries and services shall be made exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Unless expressly agreed in writing, deviating terms and conditions shall not apply.
1.3 Customers within the meaning of these GTC are both consumers and entrepreneurs. Consumers are natural persons who conclude contracts for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, at the time of concluding the contract with DKFMK act in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than the additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement and the Product is returned to us. For this refund we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest.
