B. Data processing
We process data within the framework of the operation of our website. The processing of the data also includes disclosure by transmission.

§ 1 GENERAL, SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
1.1 The contractual partner is DoKo Feinmechanik, Hauptstraße 12, D - 01768 Glashütte, Tel. +49 35053 321 465, e-mail: info@ares-timing.com, Value added tax identification number according to § 27a Value Added Tax Act: UST.ID.NR. DE223677866 (hereinafter "DKFMK" DoKo Feinmechanik Glashütte).
1.2 All deliveries and services shall be made exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Unless expressly agreed in writing, deviating terms and conditions shall not apply.
1.3 Customers within the meaning of these GTC are both consumers and entrepreneurs. Consumers are natural persons who conclude contracts for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, at the time of concluding the contract with DKFMK act in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
2.1 You can order by telephone or in our online shop. Our offer is binding. With your order you accept our offer to conclude a contract. The contract is therefore concluded with the dispatch of your order to us. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail or by post.

§ 4 RIGHT OF REVOCATION FOR CONSUMERS

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than the additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement and the Product is returned to us. For this refund we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
They shall be liable for any depreciation of the goods only if such depreciation is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to examine their nature, properties and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or destination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. engravings commissioned by you).

All prices are valid including the legal value added tax, possible customs duties and all other price components. We deliver free of shipping costs. We ship with DHL or another provider of our choice.
For customers from abroad: Please note that individual taxes may be levied on goods purchased online.
§ 7 TERMS OF PAYMENT
7.1 The payment takes place until further notice only by prepayment by bank transfer. 7.2 We will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days.
